The update will be available later this fall in all 21 countries where the service is already being offered. On Monday, September 12, Apple Fitness+ will introduce the fourth season of Time to Walk, featuring new guests, including award-winning actor Regina Hall and more.
Apple Fitness+ No Longer Needs an Apple Watch to Work
As stated previously, users no longer need an Apple Watch to enjoy Apple Fitness+, all iPhone users will have access to over 3,000 studio-style workouts and meditations that will be led by a diverse and inclusive team of trainers. Fitness+ users will see onscreen trainer guidance as well as interval timing, and estimated calories burned, and all of this data will be used to make progress on their Move ring. Fitness+ will be fully integrated with the Fitness app coming with iOs 16. You can read more about the Fitness+ update and all the new stuff coming to the app here.
